What is this ClueKeeper clue hunt?

Using the ClueKeeper app players work together to solve a series of puzzles or answer questions at locations around downtown Farmington. The ClueKeeper app is available on most devices. You will need internet access to install the ClueKeeper app and download the Prowling Farmington game, but you should not need internet access while playing the game.

Do we need any special skills or knowledge?

Nope! The internet is at your disposal for the hunt, but most clues will have a solvable answer with what is in front of you physically.

How long does the clue hunt take?

You can take your time. There is an estimated completion time of 1 hour on the hunt information page, but you can take your time. It is not race, and there is not time limit. 

Do I need a reservation?

Nope. Install ClueKeeper. Purchase the Prowling Farmington game. ClueKeeper will install the game and send you a start code. Go play!
You can try the free tutorial and demo before purchasing and downloading the local game. 

How long does the set up take?

Just a few minutes.

How many people can play per team?

You can have a team of 2 and send a guest code to a second device, so you can both see the clues and answers on your devices, but it might be easier to install the game on 1 device and have a designated clue reader for more than 2 players.

Can I purchase this as a gift certificate?

Yes! The game is available immediately after being purchased. Once you receive the code you can gift it to whomever you’d like and they can just type the code right into ClueKeeper to start their game! 

Do you offer any discounts?

We are hoping to offer discounts soon. This local game was created for fun, and not for us to make bank, but there is a cost to us for using the app and for the payment service.
